Returns & Exchanges
Modern Professional understands that things don't always turn out as they seem. We gladly accept exchanges of items reported as damaged on arrival within three days of delivery. To exchange an item, you must email the details of your exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery and ship the item to use within 30 days of delivery. Delivery is recorded as the date on which the mail carrier states that your package was delivered, whether signed for or otherwise. Exchanges will be issued within 3 business days of receiving your exchanged item.
Undamaged items are able to be returned with a 50% return fee.
You must pay all exchange return shipping fees. However Modern Professional will reimburse all standard USPS shipping fees for exchanges due to damaged goods. Modern Professional will not reimburse shipping fees for returns. Returned items will receive a refund equal to 50% of the original purchase price, minus any applicable taxes. Returns will be refunded with 14 days of receiving the returned item.
