Returns & Exchanges

Modern Professional understands that things don’t always turn out as they seem. We gladly accept exchanges of items reported as damaged on arrival within three days of delivery. To exchange an item, you must email the details of your exchange to shop@modernprofessional.co within three days of delivery and ship the item to us within 30 days of delivery. Delivery is recorded as the date the mail carrier states that your package was delivered, whether signed for or otherwise. Exchanges will be issued within three business days of receiving your exchanged item.

Undamaged items can be returned with a 50% return fee.

You must pay all exchange return shipping fees. However, Modern Professional will reimburse all standard USPS shipping fees for exchanges due to damaged goods. Modern Professional will not reimburse shipping fees for returns. Returned items will receive a refund of 50% of the original purchase price, minus any applicable taxes. Returns will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
